1Ŋgwarira rutsoka rwako kana ucienda kuimba yaMŋari; nokuti kusweɗera kuzonzwa kunopfuʋura kuɓayira ciɓayiro camapenzi; nokuti haʋaziʋi kuti ʋanoita ɀakaipa.
2Usakurumidza nomuromo wako, mŋoyo wako urege kukurumidza kutaura shoko pamberi paMŋari; nokuti Mŋari uri kuɗeŋga, iwe uri pasi; naiɀoɀo mashoko ako ŋgaaʋe mashoma.
3Nokuti kurota kunoʋuya namaɓasa mazhinji, nenzwi reɓenzi namashoko mazhinji.
4Kana uciŋge wapikira Mŋari mhiko, usanonoka kuiripa; nokuti iye haafariri mapenzi; ripa ɀaunopika.
5Ɀirinani kuti urege kupika, pakuti upike usiŋgaripi.
6Usatendera muromo wako kutadzisa nyama yako; usati pamberi pomutumŋa waMŋari: Yakaŋga iri mhosho; Mŋari ucatsamŋireiko inzwi rako, akaparadza ɓasa ramaʋoko ako?
7Nokuti pakurota kuzhinji napamashoko mazhinji paneɀisinamaturo ɀizhinji; asi iwe utye Mŋari.
8Kana uciʋona murombo acimanikidzwa, nokururamisa nokururama ɀicibviswa nesimba panyika, usashamiswa naɀo; nokuti mukuru kuʋakuru ʋose unocerekedza; ʋamŋe ʋari’ko ʋakuru kwaʋari.
9Nokuti nyika inoɓatsirwa ɀikuru necinhu ici, mambo unofarira kurimiwa kweminda.
10Unoɗa sirveri, haaŋgagutswi nesirveri, naiye unoɗa ɀakawanda, haaŋgagutswi neɀakawanda; naiɀoɀo haɀinamaturo.
11Kana fuma iciwanda, ʋadyi ʋanowanda ʋo; mŋene wayo unoɓatsirwei, asi kuŋgoʋona nameso ake.
12Hope dzomunhu, unoɓata, dzakanaka, kana acidya ɀishoma kana ɀizhinji; asi kuguta kwomufumi hakumutenderi kuʋata.
13Kunecinhu cakaiȿo‐ipa, candakaʋona pasi pezuʋa, fuma inoceŋgetwa nomŋene wayo, icimuʋonesa nhamo.
14Fuma iyo inopera necinhu cakaipa cinomuwira; kana aciŋge aɓereka mŋanakomana, haanecinhu muruʋoko rwake.
15Seɀaakaɓuɗa muɗumbu ramai ʋake, ucadzoka ɀe asinecinhu, seɀaakaɓuɗa; haana‐caakatamburira, caaŋgatora, caaŋgaenda naco muruʋoko rwake.
16Necinhu ici cakaiȿo‐ipa ʋo, kuti paɀose, seɀaakaʋuya, saiɀoɀo ucaenda ɀe; ɀino ucawaneiko, ɀaakatamburira mhepo?
17Mazuʋa ake ose ʋo unodya murima, unotambudzika kwaɀo; unoʋurwere neshuŋgu.
18Tarirai, ɀandakaʋona kuti ɀakanaka, ɀinofanira munhu, ndiko kuti adye, anwe, afarire ɀinhu ɀakanaka pakuɓata kwake kwose kwaanoɓata pasi pezuʋa, mazuʋa ose oʋupenyu bgake bgaakapiwa naMŋari; nokuti ndiwo mugoʋe wake.
19Munhu mumŋe nomumŋe ʋo, wakapiwa naMŋari fuma neɀakawanda, akapiwa ʋo simba kuti aɀidye, nokutora mugoʋe wake, nokufarira ɀaakaɓatira — ico cipo cinobva kunaMŋari.
20Nokuti iye haaŋgaraŋgariri ɀikuru mazuʋa oʋupenyu bgake, nokuti Mŋari unopindura pamufaro womŋoyo wake.
