4 and I have you (PL) guided forty year through wilderness; your (PL) garments are not wear out having become on you (PL), and your sandal is not wear out having become on your foot.
5 bread have you (PL) not eaten, and wine and drink have you (PL) not drunk; so that you (PL) shall know that I am Hashem your G-d.

12 so that you perpetuate today for a people to him, and he shall you(SG) be to G-d, so as he has you(SG) promised, and so as he has sworn an oath to your fathers, to Avraham, to Yitzchak, and to Yaakov.
13 and not with you (PL) alone conclude (cut) I the this covenant and the this oath,
14 but and with the one which stands here with us today before Hashem our G-d, and with the one which is here not there is with us today.
15 for you (PL) know how we are settled/dwelt in land Egypt, and how we are passed through among the nations/peoples which you (PL) are gone through.
16 and you (PL) has seen their abominable practices, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which with them.
17 lest is there among you (PL) a man, or a woman, or a family, or a tribe, which its heart turn self away today from Hashem our G-d, to go serve the g-ds of those nations/peoples; lest is there among you (PL) a root which reproduces bitter poison and wormwood;
18 and it will be, that he will hear the words of the this oath, will he self boast in his heart, so to say: peace/welfare will be to me, when I will go in the the stubborn inclinations of my heart – so bringing under this watered in together with thirst –
19 will him Hashem not will forgiven, but the anger of Hashem and his jealousy will then aflame on that man, and on him will hover the entire curse which stands written in the this book, and Hashem will to erase his name from under heaven.
20 and Hashem will him separate out for evil/disaster from all tribes of Yisroel, so as all curses of the covenant which stand written in the this book of the instruction.
21 and the later/subsequent generation, your (PL) children which will stand up after you (PL), and the foreigner/proselyte which will come from a distance land, will say: – when they will see the plagues of the this land, and its disease with which Hashem has it sick made;
22 that sulfur and salt, burned, is its whole land; not it shall be sown, and not it let out a sprung up/tzemach, and not it grows on it a any grass, so as the upheaval of Sodom, and Amora, Admah, and Tzevoyim, which Hashem has overthrown in his anger and in his wrath –
23 will all nations/peoples say: for which (why) has Hashem done thus to the this land? which is (what means) the this greater wrath?
24 and one will say: for which (because) they have forsaken/abandoned the covenant of Hashem the G-d of their fathers, which he has with them established, when he has them brought out of land Egypt;
25 and they are having gone and have served foreign g-ds, and self bowed to them, g-ds which they have them not known, and which he has them not allotted.
26 and the anger of Hashem has kindled on the this land, to bring on it the whole curse which stands written in the this book.
27 and Hashem has them extracted/uprooted from their land with anger, and with wrath, and with great rage, and has them cast in an other land, so as this very day.
28 the secret things is with Hashem our G-d, but the revealed things is for us and for our children on for ever – to do all words of the this one instruction.
