2shall go out your elders and your judges, and they shall measure unto the towns which round the slain/murdered.

3and it shall be: the town which is the nearest to slain/murdered, shall the elders of that town take a young heifer, which with you (PL) is yet not worked having become, which has yet not pulled a yoke.

4and the elders of that town shall bring down the young heifer to a uncultivated valley, which shall be not tilled/plowed and not sown; and they shall break the young heifer the neck there in valley.

5and the kohanim, the children of Levi, shall approach; because them has Hashem your G-d choose him to do serve/minister, and to bless in name of G-d, and according their mouth shall be with every conflict/strife and every hurt/plague.

6and all elders of that town, the nearest to the corpse, shall wash their hands over the young heifer which one has you (PL) broke the neck in valley.

7and they shall call out/proclaim and say: our hands have not shed the this blood, and our eyes have not seen.

8forgive/atone your people Israel, which you (sg), Hashem, have redeemed, and let not innocent shed blood among your people Yisroel, and they shall forgiven/atoned become this blood.

9so shall you (sg) purge innocent blood from among you(SG), if you (sg) will do which is upright in the eyes of Hashem.

When you go out

10when you (sg) will go out in battle against your enemies, and Hashem your G-d will them give in your hand, and will capture of them captive,

11and will see among the prisoners a woman beautiful in form/likeness, and will her desire, and will her you(SG) will take for a wife,

12shall you (sg) her bring in your house, and she shall shave her head, and cut her nails;

13and she shall strip off from self the clothing/attire of her captivity, and sit in your house, and mourn her father and her mother a month time, and after that shall you (sg) come to her, and her marries, and she shall you(SG) become for a wife.

14and it will be, if she will you(SG) not pleasing, shall you (sg) her let go where she will, but sell for money shall you (sg) her not sell; allowed to not take ownership/dominion over over her; for the reason which you (sg) have her afflicted/mistreated.

15if a man will have two wives, one a beloved and one a hated/detested, and they will him to give birth sons, and the beloved and the hated/detested, and the son the firstborn will be of the hated/detested one,

16is, in the day which he gives inheritance his sons this which he has can he not make for the firstborn the son of the beloved one over the son of the hated/detested one, which is the firstborn.

17but the firstborn the son of the hated/detested must he (legally) recognize, him to give two portions of all that which he owned/possessed; because he is the firstborn of his strength, to him belongs this right of the birthright.

21and all men of his city shall him stone with stones, and he shall die. and you(SG) must purge this evil from among you(SG); and all Yisroel will hear, and will fear have.

22and if on a man will be a sin of death penalty, and he will caused to die become, and you(sg) will him hang up on a tree,

23shall you (sg) not let remain overnight his dead body on tree; but buried shall you (sg) him buried in the same day; for curse G-d is a hanged one on tree; and you(SG) must not defile/contaminate your land, which Hashem your G-d gives you(SG) for an inheritance.
