1 and Moshe has ordered the children of Israel, according to as all that which Hashem has Moshe commanded.

Tribes

2 and Moshe has spoken to the chief people/heads of the tribes of the children of Yisroel, so to say: this is the thing which Hashem has commanded:

3 if a man will do a vow to Hashem, or swear a oath, to obligate on self an obligation, shall he not profane/desecrate his word; so as all that which go out of his mouth, shall he do.

4 and if a woman/female will do a vow to Hashem, and will bind on self an negative vow/prohibition, in you (PL) father's house, in her youth,

5 and her father will hear her vow, or her negative vow/prohibition which she has pledged/bound on self, and her father will her not say a word, shall all her vows stand, and each obligation which she has pledged/bound on self, shall stand.

6if but her father has her forbid in the day which he has heard, shall all her vows, and her negative vows, prohibitions which she has pledged/bound on self, not stand; and Hashem will her forgive, because her father has her forbid.

7 and if she will take (marry) a man, when her vows are on her, or the prohibition of her lips, which she has pledged/bound on self,

8 and her man will hear – in what ever day he will hear – and he will her not say a word, shall stand her vows, and her negative vows, prohibitions which she has pledged/bound on self, shall stand.

9 if but her man will her forbid/prohibit in the day which he hear, shall he nullify/annul her vow which on her, and the prohibition of her lips, which she has pledged/bound on self, and Hashem will her forgive.

10 but the vow of a widow and a divorced, all that which she has pledged/bound on self, shall stand for her.

11and if a woman has a vow done in house of her man, or she has pledged/bound on self an negative vow/prohibition by a oath,

12 and her man has heard, and has her said nothing to, and her not forbid, shall all her vows stand, and each negative vow/prohibition which she has pledged/bound on self, shall stand.

13 if but frustrate/annul will they frustrate/annul her man in the day which he hears, shall any release from her lips, of her vows, or of an negative vow/prohibition on self, not stand; her man has them broken, and Hashem will her forgive.

14 each vow, and each sworn negative vow/prohibition, on to afflict the soul, can her man it let stand, and her man can it frustrate/annul.

15 if but not say a word will her not say a word her man a a twenty-four hour period, has he made stand all her vows, or all her negative vows, prohibitions which on her; he has them made stand because he has her said nothing to in the day which he has heard.

16 and if nullify/annul will he them nullify/annul long after the one as he has heard, will he bear her sin.

17 these are the laws which Hashem has commanded Moshe, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, in her youth, in her father's house.
