1and Balaam has seen that it is find favor in the eyes of in the eyes of Hashem to bless Yisroel, and he is not having gone so as the former time, out to meet/looking for sorceries/divination omens, but he has turned his face to the wilderness.
2and Balaam has lifted up his eyes, and has seen Yisroel rest/encamping according his tribes, and the spirit of G-d is having come on him.
3and he has lifted up his incantation/oracle, and has said:
so speaks Balaam the son of Be'or,
and so speaks the man with open eye;
4so speaks the which hear G-d's words,
which the vision of Shaddai does he see,
falling, with eyes (open) revealing:
5how beautiful are your tents, Yaakov,
your dwellings, Yisroel!
6as date palm trees are they stretched out,
as gardens by the river,
like aloes which Hashem has planted,
like cedar trees by the water.
7water will flow from his branch,
and his seed will be by many waters;
and higher than Agag will be his king,
and upraised/exalted will be his kingdom.
8G-d (El) brings him out of Egypt,
as horns (strength) of a bison is he it;
he will devour the nations/peoples, his enemies,
and their bones tear/break;
and his arrows will pierce through.
9he crouches, he lies down self as a lion,
and as a lioness – who can him provoke/incite?
blessed the one who blesses you,
and cursed the one who curses you!
10has the anger of Balak kindled on Balaam, and he has a clap done with his hands; and Balak has said to Balaam: to curse my enemies have I you summoned, behold really bless have you (sg) blessed already three times.
11and now flee you(SG) in your home; I have thought, great honor will I you(SG) put on, behold Hashem has you prevented from honor.
12has Balaam said to Balak: have I not spoken yet to your messengers, which you (sg) have sent to me, so to say:
13if Balak shall me give his house/palace full with silver and gold, can I not overstep the command of Hashem, to do good things or evil things from my own heart; what Hashem will speak, what will I speak?
14and now behold, I go to my people; come, let me you(SG) explain/interpret what the this people will do to your people in end of the days.
15and he has lifted up his incantation/oracle, and has said:
so speaks Balaam the son of Be'or,
and so speaks the man with open eye;
16so speaks the one which hears G-d's words,
and know the knowledge of the Most High –
the vision of Shaddai does he see,
falling, with eyes (open) revealing:
17I see him, but not now,
I behold him on, but not near;
a star steps forth from Yaakov,
and a scepter will stand up from Yisroel,
and will strike the corners of Moav,
and break all children of Shet.
18and Edom will become an inheritance,
and an inheritance will become Se'ir, (for) his enemies;
and Yisroel will will conquer might.
19and out of Yaakov will one rule,
and destroy a remnant of city.
20and he has seen Amalek, and has lifted up his incantation/oracle, and has said:
the beginning of nations/peoples is Amalek,
and his latter end is to the destruction.
21and he has seen the Keni, and has lifted up his incantation/oracle, and has said:
firm is your dwelling,
and made in rock is your nest;
22but to the decimation will be Kayin;
before what (while) will Assyria you take captive.
23and he has lifted up his proverb, and has said:
woe, who can live when G-d (El) will the this do?
24but ships will come from the coast of the Kittim,
and they will afflict Assyria, and cause to suffer Ever;
and he also is to destruction.
25and Balaam is stood up and is went (his) way, and has self returned to his home, and also Balak is having gone on his way.
