1and Hashem has spoken to Moshe, so to say:
2speak to the children of Yisroel, and you(SG) must say to them: that a man will clear articulate a vow of souls to Hashem, according your evaluation/appraisal,,

4and if this is a female, shall your evaluation/appraisal, be thirty shekel.
5and if of five year old and unto twenty year old, shall your evaluation/appraisal, be, a male twenty shekel, and for a female ten shekel.
6and if of a month old and unto five year old, shall your evaluation/appraisal, be, a male five shekel silver, and for a female shall your evaluation/appraisal, be three shekel silver.
7and if of sixty year old and upward, if a male, shall your evaluation/appraisal, be fifteen shekel, and for a female ten shekel.
8and if he is too poor for your evaluation/appraisal,, shall they him stand before kohen, and the kohen shall him value; according as it owned/possessed the hand of that which do the vow, shall him value the kohen.
9and if this is a livestock which one is (can) offer thereof a korban to Hashem, shall all that which he gives of such to Hashem, be holy.
10he it is required it not exchange and it is required this not substitute/replacement, better on worse, or worse on better; and if substitute/replacement will he substitute/replacement a livestock for a livestock, shall either it or its substitute/replacement be holy.
11and if this is any manner of it is unclean/disqualified livestock, which one is thereof not offering a korban to Hashem, shall he stand the livestock before kohen,
12and the kohen shall it value, if it is good or bad; so as you (sg), the kohen, estimates, so shall be.
13and if redeem will he it redeem, shall he add a fifth of it to your evaluation/appraisal,.
14and that a man will consecrate/sanctify his house holy to Hashem, shall it the kohen value, if it is good or bad; so as the kohen will it value, so shall stand.
15and if the one which sets apart as holy it will redeem his house, shall he add in addition a fifth of the money of your evaluation/appraisal,, and it shall remain with him.
16and if of the field of his ancestral property will a man consecrate/sanctify to Hashem, shall your evaluation/appraisal, be according the seed sowing thereof: the seed sowing of a homer barley in fifty shekel silver.
17if he will consecrate/sanctify his field of the year of Yovel/Jubilee, shall it stand according your evaluation/appraisal,.
18and if he will consecrate/sanctify his field after Yovel/Jubilee, shall him the kohen calculate/count this money according the number of of the years which are remain until the year of Yovel/Jubilee, and an deduction/subtraction shall made become of your evaluation/appraisal,.
19and if redeem will redeem this field the which sets apart as holy it, shall he add in addition a fifth of the money of your evaluation/appraisal,, and it shall self restored by him.
20if but he will not redeem this field, or if one has sold this field to an other man, can it more not redeemed become.
21and this field, when it go/released out on Yovel/Jubilee, shall be holy to Hashem, so as a field of devoted/cherem; to kohen shall has belonged this ancestral property thereof.
22and if he will consecrate/sanctify to Hashem of his a bought field, which is not of the field of his ancestral property,
23shall him the kohen calculate/count the sum of your evaluation/appraisal, until the year of Yovel/Jubilee, and he shall give/pay your evaluation/appraisal, in the same day, (it is) holy to Hashem.
24in year of Yovel/Jubilee shall this field self return back to the which he has it of him bought, which to him belongs this ancestral property of the land.
25and your all evaluation/appraisal, shall be on holy shekel; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
26but a firstborn among beasts, which belongs by his firstbornship to Hashem, him should no one not consecrate/sanctify; whether a bull, whether a sheep, belongs it to Hashem.
27and if of an unclean livestock, shall they redeem according your evaluation/appraisal,, and add in addition a fifth of it; and if he will not redeemed become, shall he sold become according your evaluation/appraisal,.
28but any devoted/cherem which someone will make devoted/cherem to Hashem, of all that which he has, of men, or of beasts, or of the field of his ancestral property, can not sold become, and not redeemed become; each devoted/cherem is a most holy holiness to Hashem.
29to devoted/cherem which will made become devoted/cherem of men, can not redeemed become; surely die must he caused to die become.
30and each tithe of the land, of seed of the earth, of fruit of tree, belongs to Hashem; holy to Hashem.
31and if redeem will a man redeem part of his tithe, shall he add in addition a fifth thereof.
32and all tithe of cattle and sheep – of all that which go under the rod, shall the tenth be holy to Hashem.
33they shall not examine if it is good or bad, and one shall it not substitute/replacement; and if substitute/replacement will they it substitute/replacement, shall either it or his substitute/replacement be holy; he can not redeemed become.
34this are the commandments which Hashem has ordered Moshe for the children of Yisroel on Mount Sinai.
