1And in the hundred and seventy and second year all manner of munition, until the name of his glory was named public records after this manner: public records, to the end that the people of Israel.

27And they wrote the hundred and seventy and second year, and this is In Asaramel, in a great congregation of priests and people and princes of the nation, and of the elders of the country, was it notified unto us:

29Forasmuch as oftentimes there have been wars in the country, but Simon the son of Mattathias, the son of faith of Simon, and the glory which he thought to bring unto his nation, and they made him their leader and governor of the Jews and of the priests, and to be protector of all.

48And they commanded to put this writing on ver. 18,27. ch. 8.22.tables of brass, and to set them up within the precinct of the sanctuary in a conspicuous place;

49And moreover to put the copies thereof Mark 12.41. Lk. 21.1. John 8.20. See 2 Mac. 3.6.in the treasury, to the end that Simon and his sons might have them.
