looking for a female roommate in Yerevan Armenia

Hello! I'm a Japanese female Christian living in Kofu city, Yamanashi prefecture, Japan.I'm planning to move into Yerevan, Armenia on September 27th this month.I don't intend my stay in Armenia for a short period of time. I'd like to live there for years.So I'm seeking female Armenian Christian as a roommate or roommates in a house or an apartment in Yerevan, Armenia.Now I'm looking for a good place to live in a hurry.Should you know such a place , you can recommend me the place.I prefer a place with clean air  if possible.I'd like to work for organizations for refugees in Armenia.And I want to do farming with refugees.I'm an English conversation teacher for Japanese adult beginners in Kofu city.So I can speak English a little. Maybe I can communicate with you in English.But I don't know how to speak Armenian language. So I want to learn Armenian language from you.So if you are an Armenian female Christian who can speak English or a littke Japanese, would you consider my offer?But other nationalities are okay, if the female Christian speaks Armenian or English if you want to live together with me in Yerevan.Maybe we can read the Bible both in Armenian and in Japanese. Or in English is okay.So we can learn both of langueages from each other, although I don't have Armenian Bible now.Now I'm looking for a house or an apartment as cheap as possible in a hurry.I want to work part-time.
