1 and hide it there in a cleft of the rock.”

9
19 like chaff
driven by the wind from the desert.
25 Ps 11.6; Jer 2.32; 3.21 This is your lot,
the portion I have measured out to you, says the Lord,
because you have forgotten me
and trusted in lies.
26 Ezek 16.37; Hos 2.10 I myself will lift up your skirts over your face,
and your shame will be seen.
27 Jer 2.20; 4.14; 5.7, 8; 11.15; Hos 8.5 I have seen your abominations,
your adulteries and neighings, your shameless prostitutions
on the hills of the countryside.
Woe to you, O Jerusalem!
How long will it be
before you are made clean?
