다음표는 성경책에 다루어진 사건들을 역사적인 순서에 따라 구분하여 접근하는 연대기적분류방법으로 분류한 것으로서 신구약 66권 내용의 배경이 되는 시대를 기준하여 12시대로 구분하고 있습니다.성경책에 다루어진 내용에 따라 구약(舊約:옛언약:Old Testament)을 구분하는 방법입니다. 앞장에서 그룹별로 살펴 보았던 내용들을 각권별로 좀더 가까이서 대의를 살펴보면 아래와 같습니다.
