Bildad: Humans Are Nothing

1Then Bildad the Shuhite answered,

2“Dominion and fear are with ʜɪᴍ.

Hᴇ makes peace in ʜɪꜱ high places.

3Can ʜɪꜱ armies be counted?

On whom does ʜɪꜱ light not arise?

4How then can a human be justified before God?

Or how can one born of a woman be clean?

5Even if the moon has no brightness,

and the stars are not pure in ʜɪꜱ sight;

6How much less a human, who is a worm,

and the son of man, who is a worm!”
