What is an agnostic?
"The heavens tell about the glory of God. The skies show that his hands created them" (Psalm 19:1).
"LORD, you are great. You are really worthy of praise. No one can completely understand how great you are" (Psalm 145:3).
"'My thoughts are not like your thoughts. And your ways are not like my ways,' announces the Lord" (Isaiah 55:8).
An agnostic is a person who believes it impossible to know if God exists. Many agnostics believe God might exist, but they don’t know for certain if He does exist or not. Despite believing a God exists, agnostics don’t live like they know a god exists.
Agnosticism is not correct. The Bible tells us there is a God and we can know Him. God reveals Himself in nature and in the Bible. God is always there and He wants to have a friendship with you.
We cannot fully know God. God is too amazing for us to understand completely (Romans 11:33). This doesn’t mean God is not knowable. What it does mean is that God is awesome, amazing, and magnificent. Agnostics need to know Jesus exists and that He loves them.
