What is spiritual warfare?
"Don’t give any part of yourself to serve sin. Don’t let any part of yourself be used to do evil. Instead, give yourselves to God. You have been brought from death to life. So give every part of yourself to God to do what is right" (Romans 6:13).
"Be watchful and control yourselves. Your enemy the devil is like a roaring lion. He prowls around looking for someone to swallow up. Stand up to him. Remain strong in what you believe. You know that you are not alone in your suffering. The family of believers throughout the world is going through the same thing" (1 Peter 5:8-9).
"So obey God. Stand up to the devil. He will run away from you" (James 4:7).
Spiritual warfare is the act of Satan and his demons trying to harm Christians.Spiritual warfare is real and God can help believers in our battle against Satan and his demons. You can take your stand against the devil by putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). The full armor of God is not physical armor you wear. The full armor of God is spiritual. Spiritual warfare can also be defeated by praying to God. Christians cannot combat spiritual warfare without God. We must pray to God for His help, know our Bible, and stand firm in the faith. Whenever you feel tempted to do bad, pray for God’s help. Stand up against Satan and he will run. God will help you and keep you protected from the devil.
