I get scared about taking a test. How can I overcome test anxiety?

"Don’t worry about anything. No matter what happens, tell God about everything. Ask and pray, and give thanks to him. Then God’s peace will watch over your hearts and your minds. He will do this because you belong to Christ Jesus. God’s peace can never be completely understood" (Philippians 4:6-7).

"Don’t be controlled by love for money. Be happy with what you have. God has said, 'I will never leave you. I will never desert you'" (Hebrews 13:5).

"In fact, he even counts every hair on your head! So don’t be afraid. You are worth more than many sparrows" (Luke 12:7).

Prepare, rest, pray, relax, trust, and obey.

Taking a test is scary for most people. If you are scared about taking a test, know that you are not alone. Test anxiety is never fun and can cause a lot of problems. Thankfully, there are many things you can do to overcome test anxiety. The first thing you can do is to prepare. You can prepare by studying what is going to be on your test. If you’re not sure what to study, talk to your teacher. Second, be sure to rest. Much studying can wear out the body, so make sure you take time to rest too (Ecclesiastes 12:12). Try to get 8 hours of sleep and have plenty of time to get ready on the morning of your test. The third step is to pray. Pray over your test anxiety and ask God to help you with it. After you have prayed, relax. Know that God has everything under control. Trust Him and know that all things will work out in accordance with His will (Romans 8:28). Lastly, obey God by not being afraid. God is with you, even when you are taking a test.
