Why did God give people different skin colors?
"...all of us have one Father. One God created us" (Malachi 2:10a).
"You created the deepest parts of my being. You put me together inside my mother's body. How you made me is amazing and wonderful. I praise you for that. What you have done is wonderful. I know that very well" (Psalm 139:13–14).
God made people special and different from each other.God made the first people, Adam and Eve, with the ability to have children of lighter or darker skin. Different shades of skin show our creative God. He certainly didn't make our world boring! God made us each with different sizes and different colors of eyes, hair, and skin.
All of these differences make us each special. No one is just like you! God loves the way He made you, so you can thank Him for making you different from everyone else. We should celebrate our differences and love each other the way God loves us.
