re-el-a'-ya, re-el-i'-a (reelyah): One of the 12 chiefs who returned with Zerubbabel (Ezr 2:2 parallel Ne 7:7). In the passage in Ne the name is Raamiah" (raamyah), and in 1 Esdras 5:8 "Resaias." Which is the original, it is almost impossible to decide; "Reelaiah" seems preferable.
