How old is God?
"Before you created the whole world and the mountains were made, from the beginning to the end you are God" (Psalm 90:2).
"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth" (Genesis 1:1).
God is eternal so He doesn’t have a beginning or end. That means He is "forever old."It is impossible to know how old God is because God doesn`t have a birthday. He was never born. He has always existed.
Some things about God are pretty hard to understand and this is one of them. He is older than anything we could ever think of, but God doesn`t get old like we do. Since He doesn`t have a birthday, His age doesn`t change.
He has always been here and He always will be here. People are born and then after they’ve lived their life, they die. But God does not die. This is one of the really special things about God.
