Do babies stay in heaven until they're born?
"You [God] created the deepest parts of my being. You put me together inside my mother's body" (Psalm 139:13).
"...What is a human being that you think about him? What is a son of man that you take care of him? You made him a little lower than the heavenly beings [angels]. You placed on him a crown of glory and honor" (Psalm 8:4-5).
The Bible teaches us that God creates every person in a mother's womb, not in heaven.While some people like to think that babies are angels in heaven before they're born, the Bible never says this. In fact, the Bible tells us that angels and humans are different creations and not at all related. People also don't become angels after they die.
It's a miracle that God can create little babies that are born and grow up into adults! We can't see or understand how God gives them a soul and a spirit, but they don't live in heaven before they're born.
