What are common world religions?
"Jesus answered, 'I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" (John 14:6).

The most common world religions are Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism.Christianity is more than a religion though because it is a relationship with Jesus. Other religions are based on human traditions and teachings. Christianity is not based on rules and regulations. It is based on believing in Jesus.
Islam believes Allah is god and Mohammed is the great prophet of Allah. Islam teaches false beliefs about Jesus, salvation, and the afterlife.
Hindus call their religion dharma, which means “the way.” Hinduism also teaches false beliefs about salvation and faith.
Buddhism follows the teachings of Buddha, who is known as the “enlightened one.” Emphasis placed on self-restraint is common in this religion.
Judaism is named after Judah, one of Jacob’s twelve sons. Judaism can be different from being Jewish (the ethnic identity). There are many Jews who do not practice the Jewish faith, even though they are happy to be known as Jews ethnically and culturally.
There are many world religions, but the only true way of salvation is by believing in Jesus.
