What happens to people who don't go to church?
"God's grace has saved you because of your faith in Christ. Your salvation doesn't come from anything you do. It is God's gift. It is not based on anything you have done. No one can brag about earning it" (Ephesians 2:8–9).
"Let us not give up meeting together. Some are in the habit of doing this. Instead, let us cheer each other up with words of hope. Let us do it all the more as you see the day coming when Christ will return" (Hebrews 10:25).
They miss out on praising God and learning about Him with other believers.God wants us to go to church with other Christians to learn about Him and to praise Him. The people who don't go to church miss out on a very special time with other people and with God.
Some people think that they'll go to heaven just because they go to church. That's not true! Going to church won't get anyone into heaven, and skipping church won't stop anyone from getting into heaven.
