Sinite:

an inhabitant of Sin, near Arka (Gen 10:17; 1Ch 1:15). (See ARKITE.)

Smith's Bible Dictionary

Sinite:

a tribe of Canaanites (Genesis 10:17; 1 Chronicles 1:15) whose position is to be sought for in the northern part of the Lebanon district.

Arkite:

(Gen 10:17; 1Ch 1:15), a designation of certain descendants from the Phoenicians or Sidonians, the inhabitants of Arka, 12 miles north of Tripoli, opposite the northern extremity of Lebanon.
