a variation of No. 1, is translated "everywhere" in Mar 1:28, RV, of the report throughout Galilee concerning Christ; in Mar 16:20, of preaching; Luk 9:6, of healing; Act 17:30, of a Divine command for repentance; Act 28:22, of disparagement of Christians; 1Cr 4:17, of apostolic teaching; in Act 24:3, it is rendered "in all places." In the Sept., Isa 42:22.

or pantachothen, "from all sides," is translated "from every quarter," Mar 1:45; in Luk 19:43, "on every side;" in Hbr 9:4, "round about."

Notes:

(1) In Phl 4:12, the phrase en panti, AV, "everywhere," is corrected to "in everything," in the RV; in 2Cr 4:8, "on every side."

(2) In 1Ti 2:8, en panti topo, "in every place," RV, is translated "everywhere" in the AV.
