Bethul:

(dweller in God). a town of Simeon in the south named with Eltolad and Hormah (Joshua 19:4) called also Chesil and Bethuel (Joshua 15:30; 1 Chronicles 4:30).

Bethuel (2):

be-thu'-el, beth'-u-el (bethu'el, "destroyed of God"): A town of Simeon (1Ch 4:30), the same as Bethul (Jos 19:4), and, probably, as the Beth-el of 1Sa 30:27.
